Abul,

Thank you for the question.  There are multiple tools on the web for your to uncover free profiles/resumes.  If you are accustomed to only using pay tools such as the ladders, there is a world of other tools out there.  There are also a lot of free training materials out there to help you learn how to leverage these tools.  That is the heart of sourcing/research - continuing to learn and develop to add more tools to your tool belt of sourcing!

Derek & Jonathan have some great points about xray and indeed.  So I will just throw a couple more points out there:

Like I said, there are a lot more tools/places out there to source.  I am sure some of the other great sourcers and recrutiers on this forum will respond with more.  They are a great group of people, so you can learn a lot from them.

Have a great day!

Peace

Well you can xray jresume which is operated through jobbing.com. Jobbing is unaware that you can see free resumes when you build out a full string.

For example:

site:jresume.com "accountant"

Indeed has a resume database but there is no way of getting the info from them directly.  With some snooping you can find out more contact info though.

Tony has a great post about xraying, which I highly recommd, in addition there are alot of places to check. I really like document finders because you can easily specify resume and whatever you want. Some are listed below

http://www.doc-txt.com/
http://docjax.com/

http://brupt.com/

Below are a few other sites

http://gigumes.com
http://www.cvfox.com/

Dean - this is great!  I have not experimented much with document finders - so it is on my list of things to learn.  Always looking to add more to the sourcing toolkit.  Thanks for listing them out.  Which are your favorites, and what techniques do you enjoy using with them??

Thanks again!
